Hidden Marsh Sanctuary

The 38-acre preserve includes a nature/walking trail with 12 stations described in a trail guide.  This walking trail is approximately 1/2-mile in length and loops back around to the parking lot from the starting point at Station 1. By using the trail guide, each numbered station will guide the observer to view specific flora, fauna, or areas of interest.  Among some of the scenic vantage points are bluffs overlooking a wide expanse of marsh area along the Portage River and a generous view of Hoffman Pond.   Please feel free to visit the preserve and walk the nature trail.  Trail guides are available.

Hidden Marsh Sanctuary is operated by Southwest Michigan Land Conservancy, a non-profit organization, dedicated to helping people protect the local wild and scenic places they care most about.  For more information call (269) 324-1600.
