Start & Stop: Constantine
or White Pigeon
Constantine, City park across from Shell Spee-D-Mart, next to the St. Joseph
River 0n US 131 & Main St. Ride through downtown and follow signs to industrial
park(Sixth St. then Florence), Florence turns into Mintdale Rd.
White Pigeon, City park on Main St. next to Spee-D-Mart.

Approximate Riding Time: 3-3 1/2 hours
Traffic: Light
Terrain: Mostly flat, hills are moderate on Balk & Sherman Mill Rd.
Difficulty: Beginner Intermediate, Intermediate
Bicycle Recommended: 10 Speed or more
Points of Interest: Christmas tree farm on Mintdale Rd. Bike Route crosses
many small streams and marshes. Many different types of wildlife can be seen
on this route. Downtown White Pigeon you can see the historical U.S. Government
Land Office, built in 1831. Stop by the Tasty Nut Shop for an old fashion soda.
Nuts from all over the world. My kind of place. Downtown Constantine is a National
Historic Downtown District.
