Approximate Riding Time: 2-2 1/2 hours
Traffic: Light, Moderate by Colon area
Terrain: Few rolling hills, many large farms
Difficulty: Beginner-Intermediate
Bicycle Recommended: 10 Speed or more
Points of Interest: Colon is the Magic Capitol of the World and there is Palmer Lake Dam on W. State St. Public beach on East side of Palmer Lake(Willow Dr.)- Public access site on North shore off South St.- Sturgeon Lake Public access off Miller's Landing- Scenic view of Sturgeon Lake on E. State St. Leidy Lake is a game refuge for migrating Canadian Geese in Spring/Fall. Nottawa has many Amish Farms. Horse drawn farm equipment can be seen on the roads. Lake Templene was created by damming a creek.
